Program Grants

We have two major research programs built around our human tissue resource. These programs are multi-investigator, collaborative endeavors involving high-dimensional profiling of human innate and adaptive immune cells in human blood lymphoid and mucosal tissue sites. A key component of these programs is the systems biology approaches to profiling cells on the transcriptional level using population and single cell techniques and integrating computational algorithms for analysis and modeling.
